Conversation Between U.S. and China Not All Talk

The recently held U.S.–China Strategic and Economic Dialogue, established earlier this year to foster a conversation between the two countries, covered a wide range of global security and economic issues. While some argue these types of discussions often lack “on-the-ground delivery,” in a recent China Daily article communications specialist Dan Baxter explains why it would be “a mistake to underestimate” the S&ED’s potential to drive change.
