EDA First Step in Making Europe a ‘Truly Digital Society’

The European Commission recently published its long-awaited European Digital Agenda (EDA), a document outlining policies and actions designed to create a flourishing digital economy by 2020. The digital specialists from Public Affairs 2.0 say the EDA provides “a fresh start” that ultimately will make Europe a “truly digital society.”
