Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Digital/ Integrated Communications Strategist

Fleishman-Hillard’s rapidly growing and ambitious Polish office serves a broad range of customers in widely differing industries. We provide professional support on issues in the areas of Public Affairs, Corporate Reputation Management (issues and crises, media relations and media training) and internal communications. Our customers mainly operate in the Consumer, Health, Energy, Financial, and Technology industries.

Fleishman-Hillard Warsaw has an immediate opening for an experienced Digital New Business Strategist who would be responsible for:

• Development of the digital communications offering of the agency
• Contributing to and delivering digital new business proposals and growth/ consolidate the overall digital new business arena of the Warsaw office
• Participate in pitches for digital/interactive communications activities
• Working closely with Digital Consultant and Account Managers on overall digital communication strategy and making actionable recommendations for prospects and clients
• Overseeing social networking, media campaigns and blogger outreach
• Focusing on SEO, SEM and supervising, when necessary, web sites development
• Engaging in peer education and training where required
• Providing excellent client service and growth PR existing clients into “digital’ clients.
• Serving as an ambassador for the global and European digital team
• Staying abreast of the latest and upcoming trends in digital communications

Qualifications:

We expect the ideal candidate to have a University degree, in addition to a minimum of six (6) years of digital experience, preferably acquired at an interactive agency. Experience in, and explaining how to develop communications strategies for clients that wish to engage into the digital reality of today and tomorrow is a must.

Other qualifications:
• Experience (MySpace, Facebook, Grono, NK, Blip, Twitter, Flickr, You Tube, etc.) and blogger outreach
• Experience with integrated marketing communications campaigns and interactive marketing programs from strategy development to technical execution
• Technical knowledge of interactive solutions (html, software development) will be a plus
• Successful newbiz track record in interactive communications is a must
• Superior writing and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
• Ability to manage budgets and calculate program ROI
• Customer-centric, service-oriented attitude.
