Our India operation comprises of three offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. We have an immediate need for a motivated and professional Finance Executive to join our team, to help assist on the financial aspects of our rapid growth in India. Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Finance Executive to join our rapidly growing team in Mumbai, India. The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Issuing purchase orders for PAN India.
- Maintain a record of Supplier invoices.
- Maintaining supplementary records for various expenses (e.g couriers) to check that supplier billing is accurate.
- Making payments to suppliers as per agreed terms.
- Raising Sales invoices on customers.
- Data entry on Tally ERP – Full function ERP would be implemented in near future.
- Assisting in monthly reporting.
- Assisting on Bank related matters.
- Following up with staff for time entry on time and generating Time entry reports on weekly basis.
- Handling insurance for company’s assets.
- Act as office administrator.
- Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to accounts and finance
Qualifications:
- Graduate / post graduate in Commerce with 2-3 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP9 is a must.
- Knowledge of any other ERP would be a plus but is not a must.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications – Excel and Word in particular.
