BEIJING, Dec. 4, 2013 — The China M&A Association (CMMA) has awarded FleishmanHillard the Best M&A Communication Award for the firm’s campaign “Wanda’s Acquisition of AMC Cinemas.” The acquisition is the largest by a Chinese company in the U.S. entertainment industry. The annual China M&A Awards showcase elite work in the Chinese M&A sector, basing selections on innovation, sense of responsibility, influencing power and added value. The CMMA is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization committed to promoting China’s M&A market and supporting Chinese enterprises in the process of globalization.
