Consumers have high expectations when it comes to food, and these expectations rise even more for food companies. To explore the reputational risks that arise when consumer expectations and experiences don’t align, FleishmanHillard will host a panel discussion featuring experts from all across the food industry. The panel will include findings from this year’s Authenticity Gap study, which examines 150+ brands across 20 industries. Marjorie Benzkofer, FleishmanHillard’s global managing director of reputation management, will moderate the session. The panel speakers include:
