Qualified candidates will have at least a B average and will have completed their junior year of college, though first consideration is given to graduating seniors and recent graduates. Ideal candidates will have a focus on journalism, mass media, public relations, communications, English, political science or broadcasting.

Deadlines for submissions: winter/spring (Nov. 1); summer (March 1);
fall (July 1). However, submissions are accepted year-round.
