Position Overview & Responsibilities
FleishmanHillard, one of the world’s leading communications agencies, is looking for a project manager and content specialist to work on client interactive and video projects.
The Video Project Manager is accountable for managing the scope, timeliness, and quality of all projects executed on behalf of our client.
The project manager is responsible for the daily management of projects from inception to completion: strategizing, scheduling production teams, assigning tasks, quality control, and the creation of interactive and video content.

- Partner with the content team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets.
- Serve as point of contact with client, manage client relationships and resolve client issues through excellent client service.
- Create interactive and video content.
- Assist with technical script writing.
- QC all content before it reaches the client.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including video and image production, review process and client deliverables.
Candidate must have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 6 or newer including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, DSLR and professional video and still cameras, lighting, and audio recording; knowledge in compression rates, video and audio codecs, frame rates, standard dimensions and digital media formats.
- 3-5 years production experience with at least 2 years in an agency setting.
- Must have knowledge of technology and working knowledge of popular mobile operating systems and hardware platforms.
- Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 6 or newer.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
