FleishmanHillard New York is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time, paid summer position. The FleishmanHillard Graduate Development Program is a level above the internship program and is a great place to launch your post-college professional career.
Graduate Development Professionals are an integral part of our teams, giving participants real-life experience and skills that will help them succeed in their communications careers in the future.
The Graduate Development Program offers the opportunity to work with the winner of PRWeek’s Large Agency of the Year 2014 and Best Places to Work 2017, and a team of public relations counselors serving a wide roster of internationally recognized companies. Openings are available across all areas of our business for qualified candidates, including:

FH New York Graduate Development Professionals have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of public relations skills, and have the opportunity to:

Qualified candidates will have recently earned their bachelor’s or graduate degree, or currently be enrolled in a graduate program. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and will have successfully completed at least three previous internships, one of which being in an agency environment. A passion for communications and excellent writing skills are required. Successful applicants will possess:
- Excellent communications and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent research, writing and organization skills
- Ability to work easily in both large team environments or independently
- Prior internship experience at a public relations firm or corporate communications department
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn from our industry-leading team of counselors
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), paid position with the opportunity for extension
