FleishmanHillard’s St. Louis office has an immediate opening for a hands-on, experienced talent development (TD) professional to join our global team. The position will primarily support key growth markets by managing the day-to-day talent development needs including program and performance management, project management, employee relations, and coordination.
- Program and Performance Management: Manage several employee focused programs at the office level in key growth markets including staffing, orientation, onboarding, and training.
- Project Management: Contribute and drive global programs across the TD function.
- Employee Relations: Provide council to employees and work to proactively suggest solutions to diffuse issues and solve problems. Recommend relevant retention strategies.
- Coordination: Manage the necessary processes associated with new hires, promotions and employee exits.
- 3-5 years of related HR experience.
- Self-starter who is passionate about people and developing new programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, innate ability to build rapport easily and desire to continuously push the envelope on TD offerings and programs.
- Collaborative, agile, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast paced, high-demand environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
