Position Overview and Responsibilities
FleishmanHillard (FH) in San Diego is accepting applications for an intern to join our fast-paced office.
FH San Diego combines the best elements of a local public relations firm with the reputation and clientele of an internationally renowned industry leader. FH interns not only gain the experience of working with a prestigious firm, they also receive solid professional training in: research, media relations, media list and editorial calendar development, speakers bureau programs, executing events and product launches, writing press materials and much more.
Ideal candidate possesses a college degree, basic knowledge of the public relations industry and has had at least one previous internship within the field. Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines, are integral to the position.
The internship is a paid, full-time position requiring a commitment of at least three months.
