Position Overview and Responsibilities

Our Creative Strategy team harness the collective power of creative, social, tech and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award-winning content.  With this in mind, we create provocative, inspiring solutions for big brands with stories to tell - which could be anything from a blog or social campaign to an installation, film, event or long-term movement. And while we’re part of a successful Global Group, have developed a ‘start-up’ mentality of bravery and entrepreneurialism, rooted in business-changing ideas.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of client projects across multiple platforms including print, digital, experiential etc.. The team support clients in every sector including but not limited to financial services, energy & infrastructure, food & drink, travel & leisure, fitness and lifestyle and healthcare. You will also mentor and guide other designers in delivering superior work.

Qualifications

  • You will be concise in your vision, original in your thinking, and all about the details
  • Experience developing one-of-a-kind product-led content executions that work on any channel
  • Experienced in conceptual development, storyboarding and wireframing ideas, design development and refinement
  • Expert skills in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Office software (Word, PPT)
  • A team player, someone who is hands-on who can take a brief, art direct it, set the core design style, lead the UI, answer the production questions, speak to the client while overseeing some of the work done from the other more junior members of the team.
