Position Overview and Responsibilities

If you love the business and candidate consultancy aspect of recruitment but could lose the business development demands this could be the role for you!

Part of the EMEA & global acquisition team and a local talent development practice, this role supports talent attraction across all levels, from the more traditional corporate comms, public affairs and brand marketing roles to more creative positions such as designers, planners, creatives, content editors, strategists and analytics specialists.

In a nutshell, key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Senior Hiring Managers to define and outline the scope for new roles and potential target sectors/profiles (while managing expectations).
  • Successfully identify and introduce high performing talent to the agency in the most cost effective and shortest time frames possible.
  • Pipelining - connecting with potential future talent to establish aspirations and introducing to the senior management team where appropriate.
  • Undertake sector audits with each team to identify relevant industry networking groups /events /online communities to broaden future talent pools and identify suitable platforms that can be utilised to raise our profile.
  • Support the agency and individual teams on various employer branding initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
