<p>VP/SVP, B-to-B Communications</p>
<p>We have an immediate opportunity at our global headquarters office in St. Louis for an experienced communications professional with proven experience in B-to-B communications and integrated marketing program development. This individual will expand the services of the firm’s award-winning communications team that includes individuals with expertise in corporate counsel, B-to-B marketing, internal communications, research, design, and digital communications. He or she also will help to develop and serve clients on a national basis.</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for the day-to-day project management, business development and oversight of cutting-edge integrated communications programs for a variety of clients. He or she will frequently work with account teams from other FH offices and agencies who work in partnership with Fleishman-Hillard.</p>
<p>This individual’s success will be measured by new client wins; client satisfaction; development of successful, high-impact programs; the ability to work as an effective leader and collaborative team member; and the ability to serve as a creative, thoughtful source of current best practices in all aspects B-to-B communications.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• A minimum of 10 years of integrated marketing communications experience. Previous experience in an agency setting is required.<br />
• Skilled communicator with a deep B-to-B foundation of experience in a broad range of corporate communications, including executive positioning, lead generation, media relations, employee communications, and issues management. Experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability is a plus.<br />
• Current expertise in B-to-B communication for one or more of the following sectors: retail, technology, healthcare, professional services, education, and/or manufacturing is preferable.<br />
• Ability to direct research and interpret and apply the results to develop messages and approaches that convey a company’s value and differentiate it from others in the competitive field.<br />
• Ability to synthesize complex integrated marketing communications aimed at segmented audiences across all disciplines—advertising, direct mail, promotion, employee communications, social media, and public relations.<br />
• Proven ability to lead major client engagements, set priorities, and a willingness to take ownership.<br />
• Possess a high level of energy, excitement, and enthusiasm, as well as vision and creative problem-solving skills.<br />
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work as a part of a team in the development of programs and presentations.<br />
• Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills.<br />
• Adept at developing and managing client relationships, budgets, and resources.<br />

<li>Proven experience planning and executing a variety of events, including vendor and partner management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in recognizing and applying regional and statewide industrial, economic and policy trends that may impact current and future clients.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Bay Area and California public issues and legislative environment.</li>
<li>Expertise in crisis communications, including ability to provide clear counsel and to implement clear messages in urgent timetable.</li>

<p>Fleishman-Hillard’s Sydney office has an immediate opening for a Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications to serve as CRM for the office’s largest account and oversee the rapidly growing corporate communications team.</p>
<p>This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams on corporate positioning and reputation, marketing, internal communications, issues management and high-level media relations.</p>
<p>Responsibilities will include:<br />
• Serve as CRM for a multi-million dollar engagement.<br />
• Responsible for writing, managing, and implementing strategies and communications programs working alongside C-level executives.<br />
• Building solid account management teams, balancing client workloads, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring account profitability.<br />
• Further develop the firm’s reputation in the corporate communications arena in Sydney and Australia.<br />
• Support the office’s strong new business track record with smart, timely assistance on key opportunities. In time develop a pipeline of opportunities in your sector.<br />
• This position requires strong people management skills, including mentoring and coaching.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• Minimum of 15 years of corporate communications experience is required (can be a combination of PR Agency + in-house).<br />
• PR Agency experience required.<br />
• Must have at least five years of senior-level communications experience in Australia.<br />
• Experience with minerals, mining or resources would be ideal. Alternative experience in Banking and finance, or property and construction would be preferred.<br />
• The candidate will have a polished executive presence and the ability to consult confidently and effectively with C-level executives.<br />
• This individual also will be adept at building strong relationships with other senior counselors throughout the FH network.<br />
• A strong understanding of business and corporate communications management trends is essential, as is proven understanding of the issues surrounding the management of a company&#8217;s reputation with the media.<br />
• The candidate will have broad-ranging experience in developing and executing media relations and communications aimed at influencing a broad range of stakeholders, including the general public, employees, directors, analysts, and third parties.<br />
• The ability to develop successful relationships with Australia business and trade reporters.<br />
• Excellent, versatile writing skills are essential, with experience in all forms of corporate and executive communication, from business media news releases to executive talking points.<br />
• Must be digital savvy and be able to integrate digital communications tactics into the holistic communications strategy; must be able to work collaboratively with our Vice President, Digital Media.<br />
• Project management skills are critical. The senior vice president will be adept at managing and allocating client budgets and resources. She/he will develop relationships with clients and staff at all levels while concurrently working with senior client executives.<br />
• The successful candidate will have strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills are required.<br />

<p>We are currently seeking a talented Web Project Manager on a contract basis for our San Francisco office to assist in the day-to-day responsibilities and management of various online marketing programs and web development projects.</p>
<p>Core responsibilities include defining the project process, cost and timing; ensuring that projects meet deadlines; and facilitating an effective collaboration between developers and designers.</p>
<p>Additional responsibilities include:</p>
<p>• Working with senior members of the team to manage client expectations and team communication flow as it relates to strategic planning, design, development, and delivery.<br />
• Build and coordinate project plans containing key design and development milestones.<br />
• Clearly represent the team’s recommendations in all client and internal communications.<br />
• Manage project scope, risk mitigation, and serve as an advocate for usability and user experience.<br />
• Resolve challenges that arise during the process and develop action plans to address potential project roadblocks.<br />
• Assist in developing supplier/vendor quotes and relationships.<br />
• Serve as liaison with internal business partners, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery<br />
• Assist with new business presentations, client calls, and needs analysis.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• 2-4 years of experience, with at least two years of web project management experience, preferably in a PR, Advertising or Digital Agency<br />
• Experience working with technical and creative professionals<br />
• Must have experience managing projects with both internal and external dependencies<br />
• Proven ability to create and execute project work plans while revising them to meet changing needs and requirements<br />
• Ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively<br />
• Understanding of how to mitigate risk to project timelines and deliverables<br />
• Experience developing product/project roadmaps<br />
• Background developing schedules based on forward planning and backwards planning<br />
• Experience managing projects that require various &#8220;definition documentation&#8221;<br />
• Experience/knowledge of various development methodologies required (waterfall and agile)</p>

<p>As a strategic counselor, the candidate will act as a regional coordinator for several clients, and manage teams on program execution.
