The Mobile Marketing Specialist will be in an integral team member responsible for coordinating the execution of mobile marketing campaigns, and will work with a team of designers, web developers, vendors/partners, account teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of mobile marketing strategy and execution, and proven digital, mobile and integrated marketing experience.</p>
<p>Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist will include:<br />
• Help develop and execute creative, results-driven mobile marketing campaigns<br />
• Work with senior members of the team to apply new and emerging mobile and web 2.0 technologies to existing and new client marketing objectives, and further integrate Fleishman-Hillard’s suite of digital, interactive and mobile solutions and services<br />
• Develop and implement customer learning plans and strategy recommendation process; identify needs and resources<br />
• Will proactively work with Strategy and Account Management to foresee and plan for upcoming projects</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• Minimum 2 years of digital experience at a public relations, advertising, marketing, or interactive firm, with an emphasis on hands-on mobile marketing<br />
• Background executing interactive campaigns through SMS, Mobile Web/WAP, and mobile advertising<br />

Fleishman-Hillard Digital, the company’s interactive and online media arm, has an immediate opportunity on our booming Dallas team for a Digital Project Manager.</p>
<p>This position assists in the management of Web projects from the initial pitch to implementation, collaborates on setting strategy for client projects, and integrates online communications with other client communication activities. The project manager also supports account directors and account managers in the day-to-day management of accounts in the area of online communications.</p>
<p>The Project Manager (PM) is an integral team member responsible for managing the execution of complex projects and/or larger accounts. The core responsibilities include planning projects from inception to close and managing the project work flow, scope, timeline and budget. The PM must possess strong leadership skills to drive the projects forward while working with a team of designers, web developers, vendors/partners, account teams and external clients.</p>
<p>A Successful PM will possess the following attributes and abilities:</p>
<p>Proactively Plan<br />
• Ability to break down the idea/concept/campaign into tasks and deliverables that can be budgeted and assigned to team members<br />
• Ability to create project plans for all digital work including web site development, banners, interactive flash and all types of applications<br />
• Ability to create project plans for a variety of print projects including brochures, billboards, vehicle wraps, and books<br />
• Plan work to exceed client expectations and expedite revenue for FH while always consciously minimizing team downtime and over allocation<br />
• Demonstrated ability to “ballpark” funds and timeframes for the most commonly executed projects<br />
• Seeks to proactively work with Strategy and Account Management to foresee and plan for upcoming projects<br />
• Create “planning state” project plans to forecast work 90 days into the future<br />
• Drive the team toward determining scope quickly, so that the team’s timeline is maximized and the burn rate of the project during the discovery phase is minimized</p>
<p>Flawlessly Execute<br />
• Manage projects by communicating tasks and updates to the project team, documenting scope changes in real time and reviewing the budgets and time entry weekly<br />
• Ensure the team receives all information, action items and delivery schedule in an organized fashion in order to facilitate the delivery of great work<br />
• Effectively and efficiently facilitate the team to develop solutions, and that will result in creation of high quality, innovative ideas<br />
• Use diplomatic, solutions-oriented approach to manage scope changes arising both internally and externally<br />
• Ensure project resource allocations are accurate and updated weekly<br />
• Resolve challenges that arise during the process and develop action plans to address potential project roadblocks.<br />
• Ability to juggle a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects and/or programs with interdependencies<br />
• Collaborate and establish relationships with 3rd party vendors as needed for the execution of project work<br />
• Incorporate learning from all initiatives into future project objectives, and processes<br />
• Understand and advocate FH standards, processes, and templates; using them as a guide while being innovative enough to modify them to meet the needs of the client and the team. </p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• 3-5 years of interactive project management experience at a public relations agency, advertising agency, interactive/Web agency, or consulting firm<br />
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail<br />
• Ability to communicate well and be flexible, and precise under aggressive deadlines.<br />
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)<br />
• Working Knowledge of MS Project and/or the relationship between work, duration and allocations<br />
• Proficiency in use of project management tools<br />
• Ability to accurately estimate and scope various types of work including design and technical implementation<br />

<p>Fleishman-Hillard Dallas has an immediate opening for a Digital Managing Supervisor/Vice President to join our booming Southwest digital practice. This position is a client-facing role that will help shape account strategy and serve as the day-to-day contact on accounts. It requires a candidate who is organized and efficient with a clear understanding of the principles of building relationships and a deep knowledge about the methodologies and execution of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and delegate tasks effectively, manage and motivate small teams, and have strong written and verbal communications skills.</p>
<p>Responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>• Serve as liaison between the digital team, agency account management staff, and clients<br />
• Craft, present, and manage communications plans that include online public relations, blogger outreach, online advertising, search engine marketing, e-mail and direct response, interactive viral communications campaigns, web site development, and related activities<br />
• Direct a cross-functional team of creative and technical personnel (internal and external resources) to deliver corporate, product, and/or event Web sites, micro sites, digital wizards, games, and other online applications; must be comfortable translating strategic direction to cross-functional teams<br />
• Manage the day-to-day details for projects, promotions, and events<br />
• Research, compile, write and present to clients — including new business proposals, contact reports, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports<br />

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• Minimum of 8 years of digital experience at a public relations, advertising, marketing, or interactive firm<br />
• Experience leading teams through Web site development, online applications, and digital outbound communications<br />
• Experience in the social media environment including project and/or personal experience creating strategic direction as well as integrating social implementations in a larger<br />
communications framework<br />
• Experience in one or more of the following categories/specialties is preferred – Hispanic communications, mobile, or digital out of home<br />

<p>The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, business partners, other Fleishman-Hillard offices, and internal employees. A professional, polished presence with the ability to troubleshoot and direct inquires and questions to the appropriate party is required. Additional duties include:</p>
<p>• Overall responsibility for the front desk. This includes opening the front office, screening and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, and managing meeting rooms and schedules.<br />
• Ownership of the mail function, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing large and small shipments, postage, working with vendors, and making sure packages and mail are appropriately routed in a timely manner.<br />
• Maintenance of kitchen and conference rooms, including making sure public areas are clean and tidy, organization, and inventory tracking.<br />
• Support Talent Development liaison and office manager.<br />
• Additionally, this person will be part of the administration team and will assist administrative staff on client projects and events, and miscellaneous office requests.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• Minimum two years experience in an office environment including knowledge of office equipment; postage, printer and copier experience.<br />
• Highly polished phone and in-person presence, with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.<br />
• Candidate must be very flexible, organized, able to manage multiple projects and able to work with all levels of staff.<br />
• This person must have a positive attitude, a commitment to client service and a willingness to support the office team with a variety of assignments.<br />

<p>Fleishman-Hillard has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned communications practitioner with knowledge of and a passion for implementing communication plans for livestock, agriculture, and food clients to join its downtown Dallas office as part of the food and agribusiness practice.</p>
<p>The Managing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in handling many of the day-to-day logistics for the account team by driving and managing public relations strategies for a variety of clients in the agriculture and food industry. Responsibilities include managing projects and clients, and creating budgets and forecasts. Client work includes day to day project management and execution in grassroots outreach, issues management, public education programs, and national, trade, and online media relations. The majority of the group’s efforts focus on creating credible, unique ways to make agricultural practices and issues relevant to a consumer audience.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a very organized and creative self-starter, and have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience gained in public relations, journalism or a similar field. Experience specifically related to developing and implementing public relations programs addressing production agriculture or issues management is required.</p>
<p>In addition, this individual should have:<br />
• An agricultural background with experience throughout the food chain &#8211; the understanding of agricultural practices, as well as knowledge of consumer communications. The ideal candidate would also have relationships with influencers in associations and companies throughout the food chain.<br />
• Agricultural chemicals, biotechnology, livestock, issues management or public affairs experience is strongly preferred.<br />
• Versatile, persuasive writing skills and experience developing high-quality written materials, including communications plans, client correspondence, and media communications. A demonstrated ability to communicate scientific ideas in a way that is understandable to the general public is an asset.<br />
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a proven track record in messaging and positioning.<br />
• Proven track record of outstanding client counseling, including strategic thinking, verbal, and writing skills.<br />
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing results-oriented communications programs, and providing high-quality service to demanding clients.<br />
• Excellent project management skills &#8211; ability to manage a wide variety of projects, prioritize work load, consistently meet deadlines, adapt to changing client needs, and direct junior staff as needed.<br />
