<p>Fleishman-Hillard has an immediate opening for an Account Director to join our growing Corporate and Financial Communications practice in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PR professional who is passionate about corporate communications and seeks an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collegial environment assisting national and global clients with their communications needs.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be an experienced counselor having 5-8 years of experience in corporate and financial communications with a public relations agency. This individual will have a record of winning and growing client relationships that includes creating and executing programs for clients. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to work collaboratively to serve clients at many levels of corporate leadership – e.g., CEOs, CFOs, chief communicators, general counsels, and others.</p>
<p>The candidate’s experience must include management of programs targeting specific audiences and communicating a client story or message. In addition, experience in providing crisis counsel, responding to activists, litigation, and government investigations is desirable. At Fleishman-Hillard, our corporate issues team provides a dynamic mix of strategic corporate positioning, media relations, executive communications, internal communications, and crisis counsel, in addition to investor relations and financial communications. An ability to work effectively on multi disciplinary client teams is a must. <p>Fleishman-Hillard has an immediate opening at its Singapore office for a Vice President to lead strategic consulting and the hands-on integration of digital solutions into the marketing communications and public relations mix of several high-profile clients.</p>
<p>The Vice President will join a growing team and lead strategy and plan development to drive measurable ROI for clients. The Vice President will also work closely with traditional PR practitioners to ensure a holistic communications strategy. The role will also require new business origination, proposal development and pitching.</p>
<p>This is the top-level digital role in Singapore, and as such the successful candidate needs to develop and deliver a longer term business plan that supports their and the GM’s vision for digital. This position is a regional role and will support other offices in the APAC region, with a focus on India.</p>
<p>This role will demand regular public appearances and media engagements in order to promote the successful candidate’s thought leadership in the field. The ideal candidate will be a consummate networker eager to present FH at formal conferences or casual gatherings (such as tweetups, unconferences, etc.).</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Profile:</span></p>
<p>• An experienced professional with expertise in applying digital communications solutions within a strategic communications framework. Particular strengths in digital marketing include word-of-mouth/viral campaigns, content syndication, online advertising, lead- and traffic generation, blogger relations, social media, use of Web analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and experience in gaming, a plus.<br />
• Ability to link digital / interactive /new media strategies and tactics to traditional corporate, public affairs or marketing communications in a logical and compelling manner.<br />
• Part strategist, part hands-on tactician, capable of envisioning, leading or implementing as the situation requires.<br />
• Excellent relationship skills; good listener; respects the expertise of others; ability to motivate and generate effective action from all levels of the organization. Able to build strong relations with agency clients, account staff, group directors and other senior managers in the firm.<br />

<p>• Develop, package and integrate digital consulting and tactical services within the communications mix of several high-profile clients.<br />
• Contribute to the business development efforts for digitally integrated services within Singapore and India.<br />

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>• Seeking 8-12 years of digital experience working with clients and developing business within a digital firm, PR agency, or advertising/marketing agency.<br />
• An ability to envision and develop holistic, offline and online marketing communications strategy, weaving in digital strategies to drive ROI for clients.<br />
• Experience leading teams through Web site development, online applications and digital outbound communications.<br />
• Consulting capabilities to translate client business requirements into digital communications strategies and applications.<br />
• Ability to develop and implement a digital project management methodology.<br />
