    LONDON, Aug. 14, 2007 — Fleishman-Hillard International Communications announced today that Lucien Vallun, managing director of the firm’s Johannesburg office, has been appointed managing director of Fleishman-Hillard London. Kevin Welman has been named managing director of Fleishman-Hillard Johannesburg.
