FleishmanHillard’s Orla Burke and Patricia Bartuira Named to 2018 Cannes Lions Juries
ST. LOUIS, May 31, 2018 — Orla Burke, director and partner, and Patricia Bartuíra, manager, have been named to the Health Lions and PR Lions juries, respectively, for this year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. 2018 marks the tenth consecutive year that FleishmanHillard has been represented on the PR jury, and the third year in a row that the firm has participated on the Health Lions jury.
Burke helps lead the firm’s healthcare team, providing deep expertise on pharmaceutical brands. A communications counselor with deep experience in developing and implementing strategic corporate reputation and consumer education programs, she supports a wide range of clients in many parts of the healthcare industry. Burke also previously served on the 2017 Health Lions jury, as well as the PR jury for the 2017 eurobest awards.
Bartuíra supports the media relations practice in the firm’s Brazil operations. With more than 17 years experience, she has lead numerous campaigns across a variety of industries, including IT/telecomms, entertainment, beauty, aviation and publishing. This is her first year serving on the PR Lions jury.
The Cannes Lions are the most established and coveted awards for the creative and marketing communications industry. Since its first outing in 1954, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has been bringing the creative communications industry together every year at its one-of-a-kind event in Cannes to learn, network and celebrate. The awards will take place in Cannes, France, from June 18-June 22, 2018.
