PRCA Director General, Francis Ingham said of the achievement:

“Congratulations to FleishmanHillard for their Gold Communications Management Standard (CMS) Award and for supporting best-practice standards in public relations and communications for 17 years. This award signifies a sustained focus on excellence.

During their assessment, the Auditor noted that this Agency evidenced very comprehensive deep dives into understanding the client’s business, competitors, audience and using this as a foundation for developing campaigns. In addition, there was comprehensive project planning with transparency around billing, responsibilities, targets and dates for completion.

In relation to client satisfaction, several pieces of research illustrated that this organisation has reflected upon both success and gaps in service. This agency is not afraid to “rethink” and is improving its offering consistently via reviews and client engagement. It really does strive to be the best, and offer its clients the very best”.
