Methods+Mastery, a FleishmanHillard company, has an immediate opening in their Dallas office for a talented senior creative producer with an emphasis on social and digital. We’re looking for a candidate with a voracious appetite to learn, grow, work hard and have fun. We are looking for a detailed-oriented self-starter who feels at home in all phases of production from conception to execution. Responsibilities Include

  • 60% Video/motion/animation project producer

  • 40% Design and content producer / Creative resource manager

  • Strong understanding of video, design and motion graphics creative processes and ability to direct and manage projects from kickoff to delivery

  • Working closely with Account and Creative leads, manage and coordinate all facets and logistics of pre-production, production and post-production for in-studio and on-location shoots including development of production books, run of-show schedules, shot lists, vendor sourcing and coordination, talent sourcing and coordination, props and equipment sourcing, and similar

  • During production, act as lead producer on set, coordinating and directing schedules, shot lists, and logistics throughout the day(s) with the ability to pivot quickly as the situation demands

  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date production schedules and work-back plans, leveraging project management tools

  • Source and vet third-party vendors for production needs, and negotiate with vendors on pricing and contracting.

  • Manage creative resource workloads week to week, and work with Account and Creative leads on resourcing inbound requests for new creative projects 

  • Operate as a supervisor,  mentor and advisor, helping junior video producers and motion graphics designers develop their talents and achieve their goals while strengthening our team and deepening our capabilities

  • Use project management software to manage timelines, tasks and deliverables, communicating and collaborating with team members on status throughout the week 

  • Organize all assets, documentation, and key deliverables and timelines for the team

  • Advise on research / information needs and organization of content

  • Review all work prior to client review to ensure all content, specs are correct and requirements have been met – this is key for quality, legal usage, and edits have been made

  • Ensure the best creative content possible in the time and budget given

  • Provide creative input relating to all projects from a creative producer POV

  • Be a team player with a good attitude and respect for collaboration

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects on aggressive timelines

  • Perform risk and assumptions assessments on applicable projects and communicate those variables to the team

  • Keep senior leadership informed of day-to-day activity, of any conflicts, delays, or any unusual situations

  • Work with full production and creative team on developing and improving operational efficiencies


  • Must have a strong creative eye and a complete understanding of how good creative gets made

  • Ideal: 5-8 years of production experience producing video, animation and audio involving on-location production shoots. Working knowledge or particular experience managing layered, complex design projects

  • A creative, solutions-oriented approach

  • Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Assertive and proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple projects at once

  • Agency experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Solid history of leading projects

  • Pluses: Working knowledge of Creative Suite programs and Premiere / After Effects and project management software such as Asana or similar
