The FHF Graduate Programme for our March 2021 intake is now open for applications!

We’re looking for outstanding graduates to join our agency and help us continue to deliver award-winning work to our clients by providing creative, insight-led campaigns that deliver real change.

What is the Programme?

Each Graduate is dedicated to one of our specialist Communications Practices: Corporate Comms, Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Public Affairs and Social & Innovation.  We offer an initial 12-month contract with the opportunity for a permanent role upon completion.

You will be given the chance to work across multiple client accounts from day one, supporting account teams to drive results through media relations, executive profiling, content development, social media and events support.

Who can apply?

We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits who enjoy working with others and who are passionate about developing their career in a leading global communications agency.

You will have a creative and curious mind, be willing to lean in to new opportunities, stay on top of industry trends, develop meaningful campaign ideas and drive excellent results for clients. Previous PR agency experience is a bonus but not essential. 

You must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for the scheme, but apart from that all we ask is that you are passionate about producing great work.

Important Dates

The deadline for applications is 2 October 2020 with the assessment centre being held on week commencing 16 November 2020. Please find further details on the application process here.

Successful applicants will start work in March 2021.

Please answer the questions on the attached PDF form. You must answer both Section A and B. Please choose the question for Section B based on your first practice preference. Applications that do not include a response to the form will not be accepted, so don’t forget to attach your responses when you apply!
