Position Overview and Responsibilities
We’re looking for entry level talent to join our agency and help us continue to deliver award-winning work to our clients by providing creative, insight-led campaigns that deliver real change. Are you looking for a challenge?
What is the programme?
Initially we offer a 12-month contract within our Consumer practice with the opportunity for a permanent role upon completion. Forget making endless cups of tea (though honestly, that’s great career advice, people love people who offer to make the tea), we’ll be asking you to jump straight into client work, learning the ropes of being an agency practitioner.
Who can apply?
We’re looking for people who can help us champion clients, challenge competitors and realise results. You must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for the scheme but apart from that all we ask is that you are passionate about producing great work.
You must be available to start on September 9th, 2019.

You can submit your answers in any format (video, song, PowerPoint presentation, infographic etc.) your only limit is that of 200 words or 3 minutes in length if not in written form. Please zip both brief answers together and attach below or for media files, provide links in a document to where they are hosted. Applications will be assessed on content and creativity alone.
Question 1 - Tell us about the real you and where you see yourself in 5 years’ time.
Question 2 - Brand Britain is experiencing reputational change around the world. You have £500,000 to drive re-appraisal of the brand over the next 12 months but only 20% of the budget can be spent on advertising.
