The Opportunity

FleishmanHillard, Washington DC, is looking for a passionate, innovative, and creative thinker with strong design taste and a passion for social media. Those excited about video and animation – particularly for social media – come to the front of the line.

You’ll get involved in the early stages of some of our most exciting and challenging projects for many of the world’s leading brands and organizations. You’ll work on a wide range of creative projects, including brand visual identity design, social content design and animation, website design, digital, print, experiential design, etc.

  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid design portfolio including social-first creative
  • Excited about creating cutting-edge social media assets
  • Can explore concepts, communicate them and then execute
  • Ability to work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously and ensure the Creative Directors’ vision and agency standards shine through
  • Strong typography
  • Works well collaborating with others and independently
  • Willing to have fun and experiment, try new things, and fail forward
  • Has obsessive attention to detail, strong prioritization skills and up-to-date understanding of the latest digital creative trends

Bonus Qualifications

  • Video editing / motion graphics
  • Social media app familiarity; understanding of how to design utilizing native app features
  • Print production experience
