VP/Managing Supervisor, Reputation Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced public relations professional to join our Dallas office as a Managing Supervisor (MS). This position affords an opportunity to lead and execute client programs that communicate and influence a wide-range of audiences, including consumers, industry stakeholders, third-party partners and policymakers. This work combines strategic thinking with creative problem solving to deliver on client goals, such as shifting public perception, increasing consumer or stakeholder education, media coverage, social media strategy, and more.

Responsibilities include:

Contributing to strategy development and leading execution related to issues management, community and stakeholder relations, social media, internal communications, media relations, messaging, thought leadership or corporate responsibility strategy.
Analyzing corporate or industry challenges to identify the creative message and channel approaches to engage target audiences
Providing strategic counsel and execution in regional and multi audiences reputation management campaigns
Working closely with colleagues and teams across various offices and regions.
Acting as client liaison, manage and support program efforts to ensure client satisfaction.
Staying apprised of news coverage to identify evolving reputational issues.
Conducting media and stakeholder outreach.
Developing corporate communications, thought leadership, media, and social media content.
Managing program budgets.
Additional responsibilities, as needed.

Key Qualifications:

5 - 7 years’ experience in corporate communications.
Agency experience preferred.
Strong media relations skills required.
Excellent critical thinking, writing, editing and presentation skills required.
Detail orientation and effective skills in managing programs and campaigns required.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications, International Business or related field.
