Managing Supervisor, Social + Innovation
- At least 7 years of experience overall with 5+ years focused on social media communications.
- Support development of digital content goals and messaging architecture.
- Create internal briefs for digital content initiatives.
- Provide point of view on content marketing for recruiting industry.
- Produce POV’s and recommendations related to digital content/platforms.
- Ensure creation/adoption of content curation guidelines and best practices.
- Team management and leadership to ensure project excellence in the development of high-quality programs and campaigns from conception to execution to results.
- Work directly with clients and integrated agency partners on day-to-day basis to manage projects and maintain strong relationships.
Mastery of Social Media Platforms and Strategies: Must be proficient in the use of core platforms, most notably Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube. Candidates will be asked to provide examples of professional-related success, i.e. leveraging tools to effectively engage with key audiences on behalf of a brand/client/issue/organization. Candidates must be able to demonstrate cross-platform digital knowledge, including social media, web design, mobile technologies, online and social advertising, etc. This person should be able to navigate and handle variety of creative social content from long form video production to GIFs built for Twitter.
Client Relationship Management: This person will work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis to manage projects and maintain strong relationships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with creative solutions. The right candidate should have experience building relationships with little oversight and able to work with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Creative Project Management: Creative thinking and strong project management skills are required. This person will have experience working within integrated cross-discipline teams, and driving creative solutions, leading the day-to-day details for the creative team and ensuring that all needs are met and timelines are adhered to. Should be extremely detail oriented, able to retain details and manage changes on the fly. This person will manage junior staff members and balance staff workload.
High Ethical Standards: Community facilitators are stewards of a company’s social media policy and service as a “voice” of the brand. Qualified candidates will demonstrate the personal integrity and professionalism worthy of such responsibility.
Refined Communication Skills: Ideal candidates are customer-service minded and should be calm, clear and consistent communicators adept at navigating large organizations in a positive, diplomatic way. Comfortable in the role of teacher, trainer and mentor, the successful candidate should possess enough hands-on experience implementing digital communications to translate terminology into a language that all can understand.
