We’re a multi-disciplinary design agency focusing on brand identity, corporate communications and transformational campaigns using print, digital and film.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a midweight designer to make their mark in our busy, friendly Creative Studio. We are in need of a tenacious, enthusiastic and uber-creative individual who is willing to roll their sleeves up, get stuck in and quickly become an integral part of our team. You’ll slot nicely into a studio of 25 individuals (the wider business is about 200 people). Our team is made up of designers, film makers, producers, strategists, project managers and production and we’re situated next to the Tate Modern in a great office on London’s vibrant South Bank.
Who you are?
You are a brilliant designer with around 4-6 years agency experience who is looking for a brand new challenge. You’ll have a rich and varied skill set but have experience in working on corporate literature, in particular annual reports. Beyond annual reports you’ll have experience in brand identity and communications, information design and campaign work. This role will require you to think conceptually, to bring ideas to the table and turn strategy and insight into compelling creativity. You will also be a stickler for detail and the craft of design, you’ll love grid, typography, hierarchy, information design, using illustration to bring information to life and bringing our clients’ brands to life across print and digital.
The Finer Detail
- Excellent conceptual and design skills
- Exceptional layout, grid, typography and information design skills
- You’ll understand the make-up and structure of an annual report and the job it does
- Excellent at brand, brand identity and campaign thinking and design
- Having illustration skills would be beneficial
- Previous agency experience; you’ll have experienced a busy studio environment ideally in an established design/integrated agency
- You’ll have a stunning folio with a good range of work, all with rationale and the evidence of the process behind them
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating from concept to final delivery of a project
- You’ll be able to talk about your work and thinking with confidence in front of both your teammates as well as clients
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC (skills in After Effects would be a massive bonus)
- Excellent time management, and the ability to produce outstanding work to a deadline
- You’ll be 100% accountable for your actions and work
- You’re a great problem-solver, with the judgement, experience and decisiveness to make things happen
- You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude: you like to push boundaries as well
