Position Overview and Responsibilities

Creative Studio is our inhouse design powerhouse! As an end-to-end design consultancy in a large integrated agency, we benefit significantly from our position within one of a few truly global network companies.

We love great design, compelling video, shareable content and publications you can't help but pick up. But what we love the most is turning this passion for visuals into powerful creative work that elevates a brand’s message. 

Our studio team is made up of 25 creatives, designers, film makers, artworkers, proof-readers, producers and project managers.

The Role

As the Project Director, you will manage the design and production process across integrated programmes and play a leadership role in shaping and delivering client programme outputs to a high standard of quality, on time and on budget.

Working with internal account teams and directly with clients, you will be a confident senior advisor and help to shape deliverables, scope, resources, timing and budgets to deliver a superior product that exceeds client expectations.

You will also play a regular role on client programme account teams, to provide consistent assurance that work runs smoothly and to plan, while understanding the longer-term account and content strategies and acting as a bridge between internal clients and the studio.

As lead or the producer team, you’ll ultimately be responsible for the successful delivery and quality across of all the Studio’s projects

Success in this role requires:

  • Understanding of the design and production process across creative, content, and campaigns
  • Knowledge of project management best practices
  • Aptitude for financial and resource planning
  • Flexibility in terms of applying these best practices in a myriad of circumstances
