Project Manager Stakeholder Communications, London
Position Overview and Responsibilities
As a client facing Project Manager in our Creative Studio, you will confidently deliver a variety of projects across various platforms with a particular focus on reporting communications. Working closely with clients internally and externally, you will foster strong working relationships with Designers, Artworkers, Videographers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure the end-to-end delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.
You will be responsible for coordinating all parties to ensure the complete delivery of all activity. For six months of the year, your focus will be on delivery of reporting and investor communications across various channels. For the remaining six months you will deliver integrated programmes across various channels including print, digital, social and brand.
Working on stakeholder communications, you will have an understanding of financial reporting and the delivery of annual reports and related documents such as Gender Pay Gap and Sustainability reports.
You are commercially aware, actively help grow the Creative Studio practice and understand agency economics, client budgets and billing. You will be a supportive, collaborative and willing team player who gets involved in agency wide activities and team culture.
- Project manage multiple projects of all types

- Experience in brand, marketing communications and digital
- Taking and interrogating client briefs, effectively rearticulating the brief the creative team
- Overseeing and quality checking all creative outputs
- Preparing project costs, project plans and schedules
- Account management – preparing contracts, contact reports and project progress reports
