Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Kansas City office of FleishmanHillard is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our social and digital team. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, social media content and website strategy. The SAE will help plan, manage digital marketing programs for several clients across consumer, healthcare, food and agriculture brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of digital marketing projects, including project management, strategy, content development, channel execution and financial management
  • Participate in integrated communications teams by providing digital marketing support and project management
  • Monitor industry trends and resources to identify new opportunities
  • Manage and execute paid media and paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing programs specifically related to major consumer, healthcare, food or agriculture brands and products
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating digital content for a range of social channels targeting a variety of consumer demographic targets
  • Experience concepting, implementing and managing paid media campaigns, including but not limited to search engine marketing, paid social, display and content partnerships
  • Experience in website strategy, website development management and content creation
  • Knowledge about digital analytics, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and media pixels
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional teams. Good interpersonal skills, can work effectively in a team environment, negotiate approvals diplomatically, and maintain composure and quality under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver – gets things moving and keeps them on track. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
  • Ability to illustrate a results-focused approach and commitment to going the extra mile for clients. Experience working directly with clients on day-to-day activities
