Senior Account Executive, Reputation Management (Bilingual)
We are seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking public relations professional to join our Dallas office as a Senior Account Executive (SAE). This position affords an outstanding opportunity to serve established and emerging client needs in corporate communications and reputation management, including diversity and inclusion.
The SAE plays a pivotal role in developing strategic public relations programs for clients and managing their successful implementation. The successful candidate will be an effective planner, writer and media relations practitioner with a successful track record in directing campaigns targeting diverse audiences and online consumers. Demonstrated experience in working with multi-audience programs across public relation disciplines and knowledge about market developments is highly desirable. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate an ability to work within the budget and on deadline. The successful new hire should have an eye for creativity with the ability to develop and edit written materials, and manage projects.

Counseling clients in media relations, issues management, community and stakeholder relations, internal communications, messaging, thought leadership or corporate responsibility strategy.
Provide strategic counsel and execution in regional and multi audiences reputation management campaigns.
Act as client liaison to a group of accounts, manage and support program efforts to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor news reports identifying evolving reputational issues.
Conduct media and stakeholder outreach.
Develop corporate communications, thought leadership, media and social media content in English and/or Spanish.
Manage and execute inter-office programs with FH offices located across various regions.
Preferred experience working in diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs.
2 - 4 years’ experience in corporate communications, with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing product or corporate/brand communications projects.
Agency experience preferred.
Strong media relations skills required.
Excellent critical thinking, writing, editing and presentation skills required.
Detail orientation and effective skills in managing programs and campaigns required.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications, International Business or related field.
Must speak and write proficiently in English and Spanish.
