Methods+Mastery, a FleishmanHillard company, has an immediate opening in their Dallas office for a talented senior videographer with an emphasis on social and digital. We’re looking for a candidate with a voracious appetite to learn, grow, work hard and have fun. We are looking for a detailed-oriented self-starter who feels at home in all phases of video production from conception to execution. We’re not just looking at technical expertise; we want someone who has a “make it work” ethic, is a proactive team-player, and approaches every project with innovative thinking and the desire to perpetually challenge our team in crafting engaging creative content for our roster of Fortune 500 clients.

We work on projects ranging from regional to global in scope for some resume bolstering brands. If you’d like to hang, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute against the full spectrum of communication mediums and disciplines including interactive, mobile, social, advertising, branding, experiential, video, motion, presentations, environmental and print.

Sound like what you’re looking for?
Work with the Digital team and account staff to concept, produce, shoot and edit videos on time and on budget
70% of the video work will be for a large technology client, the other 30% of time will be spent servicing other client needs and internal new business efforts
Work with the Digital team to design sophisticated motion graphic packages
Research the latest technology needs to manage and maintain our production suite
20-30% travel may be required
The successful candidate must have an outstanding track record in supporting and delivering quality work for clients, be a team player and a motivator, and demonstrate the ability to get the job done. A sense of humor is key. Interested candidates should be an outgoing, well-spoken, well-informed person with confidence and common sense and demonstrate a serious interest and awareness of trends, best practices, technology, and business applications on the Internet and within FleishmanHillard. In addition, our new team member will have:
5-8 years of experience in nonlinear video concepting/editing/production environment
3-5 years of experience creating motion graphics for broadcast and/or web projects
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communications, video/audio production, or related multimedia
Eye for great design including a strong sense of color, topography, and design composition
Exceptional technical skills and knowledge of motion graphics including rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and compositing
Advanced knowledge of Final Cut Pro and After Effects, along with a working knowledge of media post-production
Experience in editing and packaging video content that tells a compelling story
Familiar with the types of videos that are effective in online and social media channels (blogs, Facebook, etc.)
An ability to juggle a wide variety of projects and work with varying production styles
Superior client service skills and the ability to function well within a team environment
Availability to work occasional evenings/weekends if necessary to meet a deadline
