Our social & innovation team are a diverse bunch of collaborative individuals, as creative as they are strategic, blending the right mix of reputation management with brand building expertise.
We’re currently looking for a social specialist (Account Director level) to partner with the account CRMs to lead social strategy and campaign management across a variety of tier 1 clients from a range of industries. Campaigns focus on transforming and building reputations, shaping perceptions or a policy debate and handling crises and issues when they arise.
We want to hear from you if…
- You live and breathe social, existing at the intersection of earned & paid media, creative, analytics, social, and content
- You understand audiences and are experienced creating social strategies that are integral to broader campaigns
- You thrive on figuring out which social channels and opportunities are right for the organisation and what the right content and messaging should be
- You enjoy talking to senior clients (CEO level) to advise them on their social media strategy
- You are interested in working in regulated or challenging spaces and advising how social media can be used to bring campaigns to life
- You can manage social campaigns effectively, overseeing and inspiring junior executional team while getting stuck in on planning
- You understand how to use paid social in the mix to amplify efforts
- You understand the intricacies of social platforms and a desire to keep on top of platform trends
- You have a nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments
