Position Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the global social channels of a leading technology company. Your role is to ensure you are building the brand's reputation among both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Leading the client relationship
- Developing content plans - includes working with our in-house studio to develop creative, guiding the junior team on content development and working with external thought leaders to generate content.
- Providing strategic advice on channel placements and partnership opportunities.
- Working with designers, developers, and programme managers to ensure that all aspects of digital builds are completed on time and meet or exceed client objectives.
- Establishing relationships with key bloggers and monitoring social networks for potential threats or opportunities.
- Building timing plans, ensuring that deliverables are met.
- Contributing to the management of global client budgets; oversee budget development, tracking, billing and communications.
- Contributing to strategy and solutions for new business efforts.
- Working with our paid social team or the client’s media agencies to create and manage paid placement and social media advertising.
- Developing junior members of the team.
