Position Overview and Responsibilities

FleishmanHillard San Francisco’s Social & Innovation team is seeking a passionate and innovative full-time Video Intern to work alongside our team of talented filmmakers, designers, and creative directors. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that will provide you with experience in video production, and photography. This is a paid internship opportunity open to any candidate with a strong breadth of video work in their portfolio.

Our Summer internships offer the opportunity to work with the winner of PRWeek’s Large Agency of the Year 2014 and Best Places to Work 2013, and a team of public relations counselors serving a wide roster of internationally recognized companies

  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in video production or related creative discipline.
  • Demonstrate the ability to shoot and edit videos. 
  • Have an understanding of creating animation for basic video graphics packages.
  • Possess basic experience/training with professional video equipment such as digital cinema cameras, DSLRs, lighting packages, audio recorders/mixers, microphones, etc.
  • Have familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Have the ability to identify necessary pre- and post-production steps required to successfully deliver a video project.  
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage time and resources on a deadline.
  • Be able to work independently, while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Photography or Motion Graphics experience is a huge plus.
