Ken Fields

Ken Fields leads FleishmanHillard’s Crisis Management practice group in The Americas. He also manages a team of more than 30 corporate reputation counselors in the firm’s St. Louis headquarters. Fields’ team helps clients build, protect, repair and rehabilitate their reputations in order to achieve their organizational objectives. He has extensive experience in preparing and training clients in advance of media contact, particularly during crisis situations, and has helped clients effectively communicate during interviews with “60 Minutes,” The New York Times, “Today” and many other outlets. In addition, Fields has managed hundreds of campaigns and crises on behalf of clients in the fields of agriculture, healthcare, technology, business-to-government services, banking, faith-based services, public safety, chemical manufacturing, consumer products, trade associations and others. Previous crises on which he has worked include athlete behavior, product recalls, product failures, environmental issues, employee misconduct, sexual abuse allegations, U.S. Department of Justice reviews, Congressional investigations and high-profile media attacks, among others.
