Further, to push and provoke dialogue on topics that can sometimes be uncomfortable. Gone are the days where communications plans align DE&I solely to multicultural marketing or awareness months. DE&I is now a human rights and business issue. It differentiates a company’s value proposition – a litmus test for its readiness to navigate our world. DE&I is squarely at the center of an organization’s identity and reputation. There is no denying organizations are experiencing a critical paradigm shift given the complex issues of inequity we currently face. Are they willing to advocate and use their platform to fight against injustices and stand in solidarity with communities most negatively impacted?
