ST. LOUIS, November 9, 2017 — FleishmanHillard (FH) received a perfect score of 100 for the 2018 Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index, which also led to the agency receiving the distinction of Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality. The Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the national benchmark on corporate policies as they pertain to LGBTQ employees. The survey studies more than 500 businesses across the United States and helps determine trends and best practices among all businesses or within certain industries.
This is the first year that the agency has received a perfect CEI score, and reflects FH’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace and the notable changes made to our benefits, policies and programs over the last year.
