We are continuing on the journey our founders Al Fleishman and Bob Hillard began in 1946, with the idea to help clients integrate communications into their operations to achieve their business goals. We believe in being open, transparent, responsible and legally compliant in all of our activities, and impress upon our employees one consistent global standard of behavior and performance. Ethics training and compliance programs are a core element of the process we use to maintain the culture we have developed. Our ethics compliance training programs are mandatory for each employee who joins our firm.

In addition to encouraging discussion with front-line supervisors and local managers, we maintain an Ethics Helpline, staffed by members of our ethics committee, to answer questions from employees. We also have an Ethics Hotline, maintained by our parent company Omnicom, which provides employees, suppliers, clients or any other party with an opportunity to report an ethics concern through an anonymous message.
