A focus on Inclusion, Innovation and Impact isn’t new for us. It’s a value that’s intrinsic to who we are. And we’re moving it deeper into our center all the time. It’s a business priority and a strategic imperative because we recognize that we’re uniquely positioned to help create more opportunities and foster inclusion for the world — from the inside out.

#LoseTheWhisper

Hearing differing opinions and perspectives can be hard. Especially when we’re talking about tough topics. But we do it. A lot. And we do it together, inviting our people networkwide (and sometimes even external guests) to join in our open dialogues. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. But every time it brings us closer and helps us live out the change we want to see in the world.

Employee Resource Groups

As part of our efforts to care for the whole person and create a space of belonging, understanding and true community, we’ve launched 10 global Employee Resource Groups that build connections and allyships networkwide.

New to Agency Training

The best or right person for the job may not have a PR or agency background. We believe a person’s strengths are about more than their career experiences. To that end, we welcome people from all backgrounds to our firm and have created an extended onboarding experience to help them make the transition to the PR and comms world.
