Steve Hickok leads FleishmanHillard’s global sports practice in the Americas. He works closely with leading sports, consumer and b-to-b brands to develop integrated and memorable campaigns surrounding major sporting events, sponsorships and talent endorsement deals. In addition to driving domestic and global campaigns, he has deep experience developing coverage-driving media strategies, navigating clients through crisis situations, creating branded content to generate engagement, negotiating talent deals and maximizing real-time opportunities to stand out from the crowd.
Since joining FleishmanHillard in 2004, Hickok has led sponsorship communications campaigns for clients surrounding six Olympic Games, three FIFA World Cups and more than a dozen NFL seasons. He works closely with high-profile athletes supporting client programs and his media relationships have generated prominent stories in top-tier U.S. and international outlets.
