FleishmanHillard Veteran Emily Frager Returns “Home” to Lead Los Angeles Office
ST. LOUIS, August 24, 2016 — FleishmanHillard today announced it has named Emily Frager to lead its operations in Los Angeles and Orange County. Frager re-joins the agency from Lennar Ventures, where she has served as Chief Marketing Officer since 2014. She originally joined FH in 1998 and since that time has held senior positions in the firm’s Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles and San Diego offices. Frager replaces Mitch Germann who departs to lead global communications for Nike’s Jordan Brand.
“We are delighted to welcome Emily back to FH, and to congratulate Mitch on this exciting career opportunity,” said J.J. Carter, global Chief Operating Officer and President, Americas. “We are so fortunate to have a rich network of distinguished alumni that enables us to replace a very capable leader with another well-respected colleague.”
“The people and culture of FleishmanHillard are unmatched in the industry,” Frager said. “I couldn’t be more excited to be coming home.”
During his tenure with the firm, Germann served in three offices (Kansas City, San Francisco and LA) and led global accounts, developed a thriving creative social operation and successfully led the LA office.
“There was literally only one place in the world that could take me away from FleishmanHillard,” Germann said. “Words can’t begin to express how grateful I am for my time here, the lifelong friendships I’ve built and the power of the FH global network – I’ll always be part of the FH family.”
Germann wraps his duties on September 7 and Frager will re-join the firm on September 26.
