FleishmanHillard’s Lisa Moehlenkamp Inducted into PRWeek Hall of Femme 2021
ST. LOUIS, April 6, 2021 – FleishmanHillard’s Lisa Moehlenkamp has been selected for the 2021 PRWeek Hall of Femme class. In its sixth year, this honor recognizes U.S.-based female senior-level communicators nominated by their peers for exceeding expectations, delivering creative excellence and inspiring others.
Since joining FleishmanHillard in 1998, Moehlenkamp has strategically developed solutions to provide workplace value for employees. She managed talent acquisition functions, employee development programs and more to better equip staff. In 2014, Moehlenkamp was named chief talent officer and has strived to make FleishmanHillard an employer of choice for current and prospective employees globally. As a result of her efforts, the agency has:
- Earned workplace accolades including placement on NAFE/Working Mother Media’s list of “Top Companies for Executive Women” 12 consecutive times and on the Human Rights Campaign, Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality list three consecutive years.
- Created FH4Inclusion, the agency’s worldwide community service engine, that has supported 100+ organizations in their fight for social inclusion, providing $5M+ in time and talent since 2016.
- Developed the Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellowship program, a pillar within FleishmanHillard’s DE&I recruiting strategy that offers real-world experience to entry-level professionals passionate about ethnic or cultural diversity. Since its inception in 2012, the firm has hired 153 fellows globally.
Moehlenkamp’s empathy and passion extend outside of FleishmanHillard, as well. She has shared her expertise with St. Louis Crisis Nursery, Trinity High School Alumni Advisory Board, the Public Relations Society of America Tri-State chapter, Girls Inc., and more as a board member, volunteer, panelist and mentor.
Moehlenkamp and the other inductees will be celebrated virtually on June 10.
