Virtual events had been happening, but we wanted Fitbit’s events to raise the bar in every way possible. We concepted and art directed the vision for an immersive virtual event experience that not only allowed visitors to escape from the everyday stresses of the world through engaging videos, 3D models and multimedia graphics, but that also brought to life Fitbit’s innovative product news and holistic health messages.
We guided a third-party vendor to create a serene virtual island retreat featuring various Fitbit speakers and self-guided stations that educated visitors on Fitbit’s next-level products, helping everyone understand the innovation within and reimagine the role of wearables in overall health and wellness. The event was a livestream designed for reporters that was then made available for them to revisit and explore at their convenience. Later, it went public for anyone to experience.
