FleishmanHillard Nominated in Three Categories as 2023 ICCO Global Awards Shortlist is Revealed

ST. LOUIS, MOFleishmanHillard received nominations in three categories, including Agency of the Year (Large), on the 2023 ICCO Global Awards shortlist, which was released this week. The global agency was also recognized in two other categories on behalf of client work.

The International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) Global Awards spotlight excellent professional achievement in public relations and communications campaigns. They are recognized by 40 PR associations around the world, representing 82 countries. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on November 29th. For a full list of nominees, click here.

AARP and FleishmanHillard Take Home Win for Top Public Affairs Campaign at the Ragan PR Daily 2023 Nonprofit Awards

AARP and FleishmanHillard received the award for Top Public Affairs Campaign at the Ragan PR Daily 2023 Nonprofit Awards in New York City.  The winning “The Fight for Fair Rx Prices” campaign with our client AARP advocated to make prescription medication more affordable for senior citizens.

The PR Daily Nonprofit Awards are presented by Ragan Communications, an industry leader in providing professional development, training and intelligence to communicators, marketers, HR professionals and business leaders worldwide. The annual awards celebrate the industry’s commitment to bringing awareness and driving results for important causes. Attendees gathered to recognize the storytelling strategies that amplified client’s efforts to make a meaningful impact.

Jacob Porpossian Honored with a Spot on the PRWeek 40 Under 40 List

ST. LOUIS — FleishmanHillard’s Jacob Porpossian, executive creative director, Health & Life Sciences, has been named to PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 2023 list.  The list honors the best and brightest up-and-coming talent who are redefining the role of communications, PR and marketing.

In addition to his role leading creative for the Health & Life Sciences practice, Porpossian previously built the creative team in our Toronto office that transformed how our Canadian offices operated and approached creative culture. Porpossian’s work also includes DE&I efforts like launching the New York chapter of OPEN Pride, our parent company Omnicom’s LGBTQIA+ inclusion group, and he remains on the global OPEN Pride Board. He also contributes to industry panels, participates in speaking engagements and serves on the jury of award programs.

FleishmanHillard Picks Up Wins at 2023 North American SABRE and Innovation SABRE Awards

LOUISFleishmanHillard received an award win for client work with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and an Individual Achievement award for CEO John Saunders at the 2023 North American SABRE Awards in New York City. In addition, the agency picked up a win for its work with the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson at PRovoke’s 2023 Innovation SABRE Awards (IN2 SABRE) ceremony, also in New York.

The global public relations agency and its client Krispy Kreme Doughnuts earned a Gold SABRE Award in the category of Food Service for its “Krispy Kreme Taps Strategic Doughnut Reserve to Help Guests Beat the Pump” campaign. John Saunders, FleishmanHillard president and CEO, was honored with an Individual Achievement SABRE award for his accomplishments and contributions to the industry at the ceremony as well.

The firm took home an Innovation SABRE Award in the Owned Media, Website category for its work with the Janssen on the “Depression Looks Like Me” campaign.
